QC photos are your only chance to verify rep quality before the item ships internationally. Agents take photos in their warehouse after receiving from the supplier. You review them and either approve or reject — reject means requesting a reshoot (if unclear) or a return to supplier for refund or replacement.
Most experienced rep buyers reject 15-25% of their orders at QC stage. Budget time for this step — rushing QC leads to receiving items that don't meet quality standards. Most agents hold items for 90 days, so there's no need to rush approval.
